Event Ticket Purchase

• Ticket Purchase: By purchasing tickets for the event, you agree to abide by these terms of service and any additional terms and conditions provided by the event organizer or ticketing platform.
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue specified on the ticket.
• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer or ticketing platform.
• Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled or rescheduled, in which case refunds may be issued at the discretion of the event organizer or ticketing platform.  Event organizers may also issue refunds at their digression
• Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the event organizer or ticketing platform will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original method of payment.
• Admission and Seating: Admission to the event is subject to venue capacity limitations and other restrictions as determined by the event organizer or venue management. Seating arrangements, if applicable, are at the discretion of the venue and may be subject to change without notice.
• Liability: Attendees assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. The event organizer, venue, and ticketing platform are not liable for any such incidents, except to the extent required by applicable law.
• Changes to Terms: These terms of service are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the event organizer's or ticketing platform's website.

By purchasing tickets for the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
