Release of Claims Agreement

This Release of Claims Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Actualize Earth LLC (the "Company") and Recipient on Accepting a Membership Token Distribution ("founders tokens").

1. Consideration:

In consideration for the services provided by the Recipient and the issuance of founders tokens, the Recipient agrees to release and discharge the Company from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to any work performed for the Company prior to April 22nd, 2024.

2. Waiver of Future Claims:

Recipient expressly waives any right to bring legal action or assert any claim against the Company arising from work performed for the Company prior to April 22nd, 2024.

3. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, United States.

4. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

5. Execution:

By Recipient clicking to accept Membership Tokens from the email they received containing the link to this agreement, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
