If you have reached this page, we are sorry that we were unable to provide you a quality service, that supported you, that you could trust. 

We understand and respect your choice and will support you in ensuring your account gets deleted proprerly.

Deleting Your Account

In the Actualize App, if you click your profile at the top right of the app, there is a button that says "Delete Account".

Below are two screenshots that indicate where you will find these in the app.

*Note - Our account deletion process takes 30 days.  We will send you an email message confirming that all data you created while using the platform was deleted, before finally removing your email from our system.
